Annealing
Annealing to relieve internal stress is carried out in closed gas furnaces at temperatures ranging from 440 to 650°C.
The annealing time, including the temperature ramp-up, ranges from 1 to 15 hours.
The heating and cooling of metal parts is gradual, controlled, and monitored by a system with remote supervision.
Each annealing process is accompanied by an annealing protocol provided to the customer, detailing the temperature profile and a full description of the process for each order.
The annealing process is followed by surface treatment, which includes pressure or mechanical blasting according to standards SA1 – SA3, and subsequently powder coating.
